Carlos Barrios latest show, "figure and lines" is an exposition of his recent works. The El Salvador born artist moved from Sydney to the outskirts of Robertson last year with his wife and two children where they took up residence at Studio 40 in the main street. In Carlos's words " I have been drawing since I was a child, this beautiful and simple activity has given me so much pleasure and surprise. It sometimes makes the difference between one state and another. I love drawing , it is fresh, relaxing, enhances the moment of being with oneself. Both humbling and inspiring.I love children's drawings, other artists drawings, everybody's drawings. Drawing is one of the greatest joys of life.

Exhibition ends Friday 7th August 2009.
