you by email to help with your enquiry or confirm your order confirming the total price of the artwork
including taxes (if any), handling and delivery expenses.
Apon receipt of your confirming email with acceptance of these charges an invoice will be issued.
Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque (cleared funds). The total price indicated on
your invoice in Australian Dollars.

Terms & Conditions of Sale:
Delivery: On receiving your order you will be contacted by email confirming the artwork is available,
total price of the artwork including taxes (if any), handling and delivery expenses. Charges vary according to
destination. We will require a email confirming acceptance of these charges from you before proceeding.
Cancellations: We cannot accept cancellations after dispatch unless in the case of loss or damage, in
which case please contact us by email within 3 working days from receipt of artwork.
Insurance: Your artwork will be fully insured to your door covering loss or damage. Please notify
Michael Gray fine art consultant within 3 working days from delivery of any such loss or damage in writing by email.
Customs charges: The customer is responsible for any local taxes or custom duties relating to the purchase
of any product ordered from our website and entering a country outside of Australia. As Custom duties vary from
country to country, you are advised you to contact your Customs office for further information as we are not
responsible for this matter.
Copyright: Copyright remain the property of the artist. The artist and Michael Gray fine art consultant
collectively hold the rights of representation and reproduction. The rights of the buyer are limited to private usage.
